Lemon Ginger Salad Dressing

This lemon ginger salad dressing has a flavor profile that is both refreshing and spicy.  And, it’s a light way to season a cold salad on a warm day.  Add some honey to balance a naturally bitter taste.  But, have no fear, Hildegard of Bingen was a big proponent of the health benefits related to bitter tasting foods and bitters.
